About Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort
Hurghada Marriott Beach Resort is on Sheraton Road in central Hurghada, between the Sakkala district and the resort hotels to the south. Hurghada International Airport is about 7 km away, and Hurghada Marina and the cafés and shops of Sheraton Road are a short taxi ride. The resort opened in 1995 and has a private beach on the Red Sea. A wooden footbridge leads to its own small palm-planted island, where there is extra space for sunbathing.
Its 281 rooms and suites are spread over several mid-rise wings, and many have balconies overlooking the pools and the sea. Shorouk is the main international restaurant, with indoor and terrace seating. Ristorante Tuscany serves Italian dinners, and there are cafés and bars around the pool and beach.
The main free-form pool sits between the buildings and the beach, and there is a separate children's pool. A spa with sauna and massage, a gym, tennis, billiards and table tennis, a kids' club and playground, and boating and water sports complete the facilities. Its central location makes it practical for guests who want beach time and easy access to town.
